is lansing-dreiden annoying?

i am turned off by music groups that are overtly artsy because they make me puke and yet, i still manage to find myself in awe with them. here's one for example. check them out and let me know what you think. they definitely make me want to dance...preceded by two tablespoons of pepto-bismol.

also, can someone explain to me the reason why their legal statement is so intense?
