would a follow up lp have prevented chi-ali from killing someone?

for whatever reason, i was thinking about chi-ali today. not this chiali, but this chi-ali how could a guy who looks so happy in these videos actually commit murder. maybe things would be different had he put out a follow up LP to the fabulous chi-ali. odd to think he won't be out of jail until after this decade.
